1. Definitions:

7.3 Force Majeure: RavX Space will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, government actions, or technical issues.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RavX Space, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of RavX Space Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
